11. Responsibilities and Attributions:
12. Respond promptly to video and audio interpretation sessions, conducting in a friendly and professional manner;
13. Provide correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation standards, avoiding omissions or additions;
14. Speak clearly in both languages, always using proper pronunciation, titles and polite expressions;
15. Maintain calm and professional demeanor during video and audio roleplaying sessions at all times;
16. Act with impartiality and discernment during the interpretation sessions, being these from any segment and situation, without demonstrating any judgments or prejudices;
17. Follow customer instructions, in accordance with established standards and their terminology, to ensure expectations are met.
18. Salary: R$3.595,20 + benefits + career plan
19. Work schedule: 6x1 - alternate days off (6h20/day)
20. Office hours: Availability (24 hours) - diferent shifts available, must have 09h - 17h avalability for the training.

23. Desirable experience in areas related to the English language, such as teaching, language assessment, translation or interpretation;
24. Minimum age 18 years
25. Necessary native or fluent english + Native Portuguese
26. To live in São Paulo (Greater São Paulo) or Rio Grande do Norte (Natal and Greater Natal);
27. Internet with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload (verified through the speed test);
28. Internet service must be wired (cable or fiber), satellite internet is not allowed
29. Complete high school
