11. We are looking for an Internal Communications and Community Management Analyst to join our Marketing team. You will develop, design, coordinate, execute, and measure internal communications and initiatives to keep employees informed and motivated. 12. Main responsibilities:
13. - Establish an internal communications strategy.
14. - Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels.
15. - Moderate social media channels and define the tone of voice of this communication in collaboration with the Marketing team.
16. - Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
17. - Create appealing and creative content and initiatives for internal employee communication.
18. - Execute internal events, such as town halls and talks with leaders.
19. - Moderate the company’s internal collaboration channels (Slack), defining policies to facilitate the conversation between employees.
20. - Assist the marketing team in carrying out end marketing activities and collaborate with HR on internal activations.
21. - Monitor, measure, and present internal communication efforts.
22. Here's what we're looking for:
23. - 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
24. - A graduate or current student of communication, marketing, or a related field
25. - Knowledge of social media moderation.
26. - Knowledge of copywriting and content editions.
27. - Excellent writing in English.
28. - CRM tools management. (Desirable).
29. - Previous experience in the IT industry (Desirable).
30. - Advanced English level.
