15. What You Will Do:
16. - Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
17. - Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.
18. - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
19. - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
20. - Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.
21. - Collaborate with data product managers to build excellent data products.
22. - Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
23. - Help to spread a data-driven mindset and to improve data literacy. Be a data evangelist.

26. - 2+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or other related areas.
27. - Proficiency with SQL.
28. - Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
29. - Very good communication skills, capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users.
30. - Advanced English level.
